Biography

Martial arts made more accessible.

Logan began training in Muay Thai as a teenager and brings more than 14 years of martial-arts experience to his coaching. Over that time, he has learned that people progress best when the environment is challenging but not intimidating, and when the next step is clear.

His experience includes coaching adult beginners, children and youth, camps, homeschool programs, community events, padwork sessions and partner-based skill development. He also designs recreational programs that combine movement, martial-arts fundamentals, cooperation and intentional recovery after manageable challenges.

Logan’s coaching style is calm, structured, supportive and free from ego. Sessions emphasize clear instruction, safe progression, enough time to practise and challenges that can be adapted to the person or group.

Mission

Mental clarity through martial arts.

Mindful Muay Thai exists to make meaningful martial-arts training more approachable for beginners, children and community groups. The goal is to help people build real physical skills alongside confidence, focus and the ability to remain composed when something feels difficult.

Logan does this work because martial arts can provide a practical place to experience challenge, recover, reset and try again. Progress is earned through attention, repetition and respectful practice—not hype or ego.

Mindful Muay Thai offers recreation and wellness programming. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment or clinical Recreation Therapy.

A practical first step

There is a place to begin—without needing to feel ready first.
